MISSING ITEMS:
Any items found to be missing from a package must be reported within 72 hours / 3 business days of the package being recieved. If a missing item is not reported within 72 hours / 3 business days, SR Enterprises, Inc. DBA StreetRacerParts.com or any affiliate companies will not be responsible for the missing item.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Any items found to be damaged due to the shipping transit or manufacturer defect must be reported within 72 hours / 3 business days of the package being recieved. DBA StreetRacerParts.com and its Affiliates take all Missing or Damaged reports seriously as well as the time frame in chich they are reported, and investigates every incident to its full ability. If in any case the report is fruadulent SR Enterprises, Inc. DBA StreetRacerParts.com and its Affiliates have full right to use any necessary Legal Action against the individual(s) whom made the fruadulent report.
